Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor 
The Giveaway is sponsored by HDOTB USA Corporation, 17162 Murphy Ave. Suite B, Irvine, CA 92614 USA, the company behind BOOSTHERA (“Sponsor”). Giveaway inquiries: marketing@boosthera.com or Instagram DM to @boosthera_official.

2. Entry period 
The Giveaway begins when the first official BOOSTHERA PRO Pre Launch Giveaway post is published by @boosthera_official and ends on November 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PST), local time in Los Angeles, California (UTC−08:00). Winner announced: November 6, 2026 (PST). All dates and times in these Rules refer to Los Angeles local time. Entries must be made during this Entry Period. Sponsor’s records determine receipt time.

3. Eligibility 
Open to legal residents of the continental United States, defined for this Giveaway as the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old when entering. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other countries are excluded. Void where prohibited. An Instagram account is required. Sponsor’s owners, employees, giveaway administrators, and their immediate families and household members are ineligible.

4. How to enter 
Official giveaway posts are posts published by @boosthera_official that identify this BOOSTHERA PRO Pre Launch Giveaway and refer to these Rules. All such posts form one Giveaway with one winner in total.

Follow @boosthera_official and tag one genuine friend in a comment on an official giveaway post. Each qualifying comment earns one entry. Tag as many friends as you like, each in a separate comment. Each different friend counts once per entrant across all official posts. Repeat tags of the same friend, self-tags, and fake accounts do not earn additional entries. Following alone does not create an entry. Tagged friends are not automatically entered.

After completing a qualifying friend-tag entry, earn bonus entries by sharing an official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tagging @boosthera_official. Each separately published Story share during the Entry Period earns one extra entry, with no numerical limit. Make the giveaway connection clear in the Story, for example by adding “My entry to win a BOOSTHERA PRO.” Sponsor records shares it can view through the account tag. If your account is private or Sponsor cannot view your Story, DM @boosthera_official a screenshot showing the share, your handle, and its publication time before the entry deadline so the entry can be verified. Retain evidence of each share until winner verification is complete. Sponsor may request evidence to verify distinct shares; repeated screenshots of the same publication do not create extra entries. Keep unrelated private information out of screenshots.

There is no numerical limit on valid friend-tag entries or separately published Story-share entries. All eligible entries are pooled in one random drawing, and every valid entry has the same chance of selection. No product review, favorable opinion, purchase, or marketing subscription is required. Ordinary internet charges may apply.

Sponsor's records of entries received are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

5. Entry integrity 
Use an account you control and allow messages from Sponsor. Entries must be genuine, lawful, and respectful of others’ rights and Instagram’s terms. Do not falsely tag anyone as appearing in a photo. Bots, automated submissions, fabricated evidence, impersonation, and duplicate submissions presented as new entries may be disqualified. Sponsor may reasonably verify age, residence, account ownership, and entry authenticity. Do not post identification documents, addresses, or medical information in public comments.

6. Prize 
One winner receives one BOOSTHERA PRO device. Approximate retail value: US$300. The prize is one device in its standard retail package; no additional skincare products are included. There is one prize across all official posts, not one per post. Sponsor pays standard delivery to a valid address in the eligible territory. Taxes legally due from the winner remain the winner’s responsibility. No payment to Sponsor is required to claim the prize.

The winner may not transfer the prize or request a cash exchange. If fulfillment becomes impossible, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where legally permitted. Applicable manufacturer warranties and non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect. No review, endorsement, or social post is required to accept the prize.

7. Selection and private notification 
Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner on November 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period after removing invalid and duplicate entries. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. The selected entrant will be notified privately by Instagram DM from @boosthera_official on November 1, 2026, subject to eligibility verification. Initial notification is private; any later publicity or advertising use is governed by Section 10.

Before confirming the winner, Sponsor reserves the right to review the potential winner’s publicly available social media accounts and reasonably request information necessary to verify eligibility. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion and acting in good faith, disqualify a potential winner if that review reveals information materially inconsistent with the brand image, reputation or goodwill with which BOOSTHERA wishes to be associated. Any replacement winner will be selected by a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Notification and delivery 
The selected entrant will be contacted by DM only from @boosthera_official on November 1, 2026, and must respond within 48 hours of the message. Sponsor may select an alternate by random drawing if the entrant fails to respond, declines, is ineligible, cannot be verified, or is disqualified under Section 7. The prize is intended to ship within 30 days after verification and receipt of a valid shipping address. Sponsor will communicate material shipping delays.

Sponsor will not ask for payment, card details, or passwords to claim the prize. Any legally necessary sensitive verification information will be requested through an appropriate private channel.

9. Prize use 
Read and follow the supplied instructions, warnings, and contraindications before using the device. Winning does not establish suitability or guarantee results. Participation does not waive product-safety obligations or non-waivable consumer protections. Contact marketing@boosthera.com with product questions or concerns.

10. Privacy and advertising permissions 
Sponsor uses Instagram handles, comments, Story shares and any verification evidence to administer the Giveaway, prevent fraud, conduct the account review described in Section 7, and select and contact the winner. Sponsor requests age and residence verification and shipping details only as reasonably needed. Fulfillment and administration providers may receive information necessary for these purposes. Information is retained only as needed for these purposes, the advertising permissions below, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Entrants retain ownership of their content and permit Sponsor to review and retain entries as needed to administer and document the Giveaway. When notifying the potential winner, Sponsor may invite the winner to create and share an Instagram Reel featuring the product after receiving the prize. Participation is entirely voluntary. Declining the request, declining advertising permission, or choosing not to create or post a Reel will not affect the winner’s eligibility to receive or retain the prize. No favorable opinion is required.

Before the winner creates the Reel, Sponsor will explain the requested content and the advertising permissions in this section and obtain the winner’s express written agreement, including by email or direct message, to both the voluntary content collaboration and the advertising use. By that agreement, the winner grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the agreed Reel and the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness and voice as included in that Reel for 12 months beginning on the date Sponsor receives the Reel from the winner. Receipt means delivery of the video file or, if agreed in writing, delivery of a link to the published Reel. This license covers BOOSTHERA advertising and promotion on Sponsor’s websites, email marketing, organic social media and paid digital advertisements, without additional compensation beyond the prize unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsor may authorize its agencies and service providers to exercise these rights solely on Sponsor’s behalf.

Sponsor may crop, resize, subtitle and format the agreed Reel without materially changing its meaning, fabricating an endorsement or making unsupported product claims. The license does not cover unrelated account posts, other entry materials, private messages, shipping or contact details, third-party music or images, or any rights the winner does not control. Advertising delivered through the winner’s own account, including partnership ads or account whitelisting, requires separate express permission. Posting a Reel or tagging Sponsor alone does not grant advertising rights. The winner and Sponsor must make legally required disclosures of the prize relationship in promotional content. After the 12-month term ends, Sponsor will cease advertising and promotional use of the Reel and remove it from promotional placements under its control, unless the winner separately agrees in writing to an extension.

No content creation or advertising permission is required as a condition of receiving or retaining the prize. Any written agreement for the optional Reel must preserve that voluntary status. This section does not restrict honest reviews, safety complaints or reporting to authorities or healthcare providers.

11. Instagram disclaimer 
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from liability associated with this Giveaway. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not to Instagram as the promotion sponsor.

12. Administration and legal rights
Sponsor may reject entries that violate these Rules and address technical failures or fraud that materially compromise the Giveaway. Necessary changes, suspension, or cancellation will be publicly explained on the official account or rules page and implemented only as permitted by law. Where feasible and lawful, eligible entries will be preserved and the prize awarded fairly. These Rules do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, waive product-safety duties, or restrict reporting to authorities or healthcare providers. Applicable mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
